Beer Can Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Laura's Lean Ground Beef (85% lean)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Beer can
- 8 slices Bacon
- 4 Burger buns
- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 Lettuce pieces
- TOPPINGS:
- 2 cups Cubed cheddar
- 1 Jalapeño (thinly sliced)
- 1 Bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 Onion (thinly sliced)
- 4 slices Provolone cheese

Preparation
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat. In a large bowl, season the beef with Worcestershire and garlic powder. Form the seasoned beef into 1/2-pound balls, then create a bowl shape by placing a beer can in the middle. Press the beef up the sides of the beer can. Slowly twist the beer can to remove it from the burger bowl and season the formed burger with salt and pepper.
2. Wrap two slices of bacon around the burger bowl. If you're stuffing with cheddar and jalapeño, add the cheese and jalapeños. If you prefer peppers and onions, stuff the burger with peppers and onions and top it with a slice of provolone.
3. Grill the burger until it reaches your desired level of doneness, approximately 30 minutes for medium.
4. Serve the burger on buns with lettuce and tomato. Enjoy your delicious creation!
