Fajita Burger with Guacamole

Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- 2 tsps Oil
- 1 Large onion (sliced)
- 1 Large red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste (no salt added)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- pinch Salt
- 2 tsps Chili powder
- 1 Juice from lemon
- 2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
- 4 Flour tortillas (6-inch, 98% fat-free)
- 2 tbsps Guacamole (ready-to-use guacamole with no additives or preservatives)
- 4 tbsps Fat-free sour cream
- 4 tbsps Salsa
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Preparation
1. Heat grill (or stovetop) to high. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and red bell pepper. Sprinkle with oregano. Cook, stirring, until onions and peppers are softened. Stir in tomato paste, garlic, pinch salt and chili powder. Cook 1 minute longer. Add fresh lemon juice, stir to combine, remove skillet from heat and set aside.
2. Reduce heat. Gently form 4 burger patties from ground beef. Cook to desired degree of doneness. Sprinkle each with a bit of Worcestershire sauce as they cook.
3. Lay out 4 tortillas. Top each with 1/2 tablespoon guacamole, followed by burger. Top that with about 1/2 cup cooked vegetables, 1 tablespoon fat-free sour cream, 1 tablespoon salsa and finally, fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
