- 1 cup Salsa (plus extra for serving)
- Head of lettuce
- 1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
- Tortilla chips
- Sour cream (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Preparation
1. Place ground beef, salsa, and shredded cheese in a cast iron skillet.
2. Cook over an open fire or grill until cheese is melted, and the mixture is heated completely.
3. Serve with lettuce and tortilla chips. Top with fresh cilantro, sour cream, and fresh salsa...enjoy!
