Mom MacEachen’s Meatloaf

Cook Time: 90 Minutes
Total Time: 135 Minutes
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- 1/2 lb Pork sausage
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 1 1/2 cups Cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 5/16 cup Ketchup
- 2 Eggs
- pinch Salt
- pinch Pepper
- pinch Garlic powder
- pinch Rosemary
- dash Worcestershire sauce
- Bacon
- BBQ sauce
Preparation
1. Mix well in a large bowl, spread in a 9"x13" pan.
2. Lay strips of bacon over top + drizzle with BBQ sauce
3. Bake for at least 90 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
